We had a leaking dishwasher and Adam saved our day. I called Adam on the same day evening at 8 PM and Adam was able to give us an appointment for the very next day. He was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to bring in the replacement part very next day and fixed the dishwasher like it was before. The work was very professionally done and the 6 months warranty that Adam provides for his work, shows the trust he has in his work. I would recommend Adam to my friends and family anytime.

We called Adam when the water/ice dispenser broke on our fridge and he came out the very next day. He gave us options for which repairs were necessary and recommended depending on our budget. The day after he fixed our part, another part of our fridge went out. Not sure if it was related to the initial problem, we called Adam and he came out the same day to check. It wasn't related but based on our description, he was prepared for the problem and was able to get us up and running then and there. Just had "Mark" from Prime aka Adams repair... Booked appt - Day of appt received a confirmation messg Later, received another message telling me technician on the way, which is nice 'cuz it takes the mystery out of their arrival time!
Was pleasantly surprised, (based on other vendors that he arrived within 30 min of his stated window. Mark was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to ensure I understood the problem and my options. And the Yelp Voucher was a nice touch to make it economical. I know there are a lot of other guys out there with a lot of stars and reviews, but I encourage you to give these guys a try!
I know I'll use them again!

Our Thermador microwave/convection oven stopped working. Adam came to the house the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. It was a complicated job, as our Thermador microwave is part of a unit that also includes a regular oven and warming drawer. Adam carefully pulled out the entire unit to get into the microwave section. It involved removing the entire housing of the microwave, which was like a puzzle. He was able to replace part of a 3 switch section that was causing the fuse to blow out. By repairing the broken switch rather than replacing the entire part he saved us hundreds of dollars. Adam was professional and competent. I would highly recommend him. I also liked the fact that being Google guaranteed, he had been background checked and his business history had been vetted.
