Check water connections. If the refrigerator is connected to a water supply, clogged or faulty water connections may cause deterioration or malfunction of ice freezing. Read the instructions in the user manual for the procedure. If you have lost the manual, you can download it with your model number. Make sure the connection is correct and there is no blockage. There may be a technical problem. If the problem persists, there may be a technical problem with the refrigerator. If you suspect this is the case, contact a service center. At the left of the ice maker, you would find an on/off switch. The display of the refrigerator will show an ice-on and off icon. In addition to this, you will find a test and fill button at the front of the trays. Start off by pressing and holding this button to initiate the process. If the turn and cycling process does not start then you should remove the bin to try an alternative way. After the removal, firmly shake the ice maker a couple of times and then put the bin back in. Turn the power off for 30 seconds and then turn it on again. Give your refrigerator 4 to 6 hours in order to make ice. It is almost certain that the ice maker will start producing frozen cubes. If there is still no positive result then it is evident that the unit needs replacement or repair.
