We had a warranty call from one of our clients. The problem was with the refrigerator ice maker. It was not producing ice as well as water. Temperature measurement revealed that the freezer temperature was above 10 degrees Fahrenheit (-12C) so that the ice maker was not able to produce ice cubes efficiently. After changing the condenser fan, the problem with ice making disappeared. Still, there was no water supply in the dispenser. Tested water pressure showed 20 psi, therefore, the water inlet valve required a test for continuity. As we supposed a multimeter tested a little damage which was easily repaired. Finally, the refrigerator started producing ice and supply water properly.
