It’s so sad that you’ve come with a faulty air conditioner right now, when the weather is extremely hot. If your Trane air conditioner model XR13 fails to blow air, you need to fix it faster. Sometimes filters can get clogged and keep cool air from circulating. That’s why we recommend routinely checking and cleaning or replacing your filters as needed. You can use the owner’s manual to find where your air filters are located in your unit. Since the drain line is usually found at the end of the AC duct, below the condenser coil, the disconnection of the drain line from the AC is a simple solution. Combine a wet/dry vacuum to the drain line opening outside your home to collect the dirt from clogging. Get the water hose and turn it on to allow the water to flow steadily through the drain line. Remove the water hose from the end of the drain line. Ensure that the attachment at the nozzle of the other drain line fits perfectly to avoid leakage. Use a vacuum cleaner to pump out any dry dust in the evaporator coils of the HVAC system. Apply paper filters at the coils so that all the dirt gets collected at the front area of Trane AC. If cleaning doesn’t help, you may need to replace filters or continue a diagnostic. Try turning the thermostat off and then on again. Reset to the desired temperature and see if that helps. It is important to prepare the equipment for the cold weather properly, so that it works properly for the next year.
